Proposed Expense Report

Click on the link below.
 
When asked if you want to open or save it, save it to your hard drive with a name that you want to use. (e.g. 07072007 Expenses or Expenses 07072007 - NO SLASHES)
 
It will save immediately and present a window asking if you want to open it.
 
  • Open it.
  • An Excel Window will appear.
  • Fill out the expense account.
  • Save it.
  • Email a copy to Accounts Payable.
  • Email receipt copies to Accounts Payable.
