Constable Fisher began his law enforcement career with the League City Police Department in 1977 where he served in patrol, investigations, crime prevention, community outreach and as the Department’s public information officer.
Constable Fisher holds a Bachelor of Business Management Degree from LeTourneau University and a Master Peace Officer Certification from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement. He is also a 2006 graduate of the Texas Constable’s Leadership College and a certified police instructor and crime prevention inspector.
Constable Fisher has a long history of dedicated service to his country and the community. He is a veteran of the United States Army and continues to serve today as a Chief Master at Arms in the Navy reserve. He is a past President of the League City Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow. He has also served on the Criminal Justice Advisory Board for college of the Mainland. His service awards include Rotarian of the Year, the American Law enforcement Officers Outstanding Commendation Award and the KHOU TV Defenders Award.
