2. Distribution and discussion of monthly reports and events for November and December 2025.
3. Discussion and consideration to accept and add attorneys to the Juvenile Appointment List.
4. Discussion and consideration to approve juvenile processing offices at the new Ball High North campus as 
requested by the Galveston ISD Police Department:
• Rooms 1065, 1069, 1203, 2111
5. Discussion and consideration to approve contract with the Waller County Juvenile Board for the detention 
of juvenile offenders from Waller County.
6. Discussion and consideration to approve Board policies related to the diversion of youth referred to the 
juvenile justice system for misdemeanor offense for youth residing in a General Residential Operation, 
pursuant to House Bill 16 (89th Legislature, 2nd Called Session, 2025).
7. Discussion and consideration to approve budget amendment to utilize unrestricted “settle up funds” from 
TJJD in the amount of $84,118.44 to purchase a vehicle for residential placement services and fund
residential placement for juvenile offenders.
8. Consideration to nominate and elect Juvenile Board Officers for 2026:
