Notice of Application to revise San Leon Farm Home Tracts, Galveston County, Texas.

As required by Local Government Code Sec. 232.009, notice is given that the Commissioners Court of Galveston County will meet to consider an application filed by Sanjay Shrestha with NEP TEX #3 LLC. The plat being sought to be revised is located in Book 5, Page 51 of the Map Records of Galveston County, Texas.

The meeting will be held June 22, 2026, at 9:30 am, Galveston County North Annex, 174 N. Calder, League City, Texas

At the meeting, the court will hear any protest to the proposed revision to the plat. The purpose of the proposed re-plat is to divide 1 lot into 2 lots. The proposed revision only affects portions of Lot 4, Block 48. Anyone interested in the proposed revision is encouraged to attend the meeting and address the Commissioners Court.
