      • Am I required to e-file?

        The Texas Supreme Court has mandated all attorneys to electronically file documents in a Galveston County Civil/Family/Probate cases through an electronic filing service provider certified by the Office of Court Administration. Pro Se litigants may still hand file their documents. More information about e-filling can be found on the Judicial Committee on Information Technology's website.

      • Are all trailers or semi-trailers considered special inventory?

        State law requires that trailers or semi-trailers weighing 4,000 pounds or less must be registered but not titled. Trailers or semi-trailers of any weight used for farm or ranch purposes must be registered, but are not required to be titled. Untitled trailers are not special vehicle inventory.

      • Are bats and Purple Martins effective at killing mosquitoes?

        Bats and Martins consume some mosquitoes but not any more than they consume other insects. Basically they don’t consume enough to make a difference.
