The Constituent Services Division within the Budget Office administers programs that provide direct assistance to vulnerable populations while ensuring compliance with County policies and state requirements. The division oversees the Indigent Program and Child Services Program, both focused on delivering essential support in an efficient and accountable manner.

The Indigent Care Services program coordinates indigent health care and burial assistance, manages eligibility determinations, monitors program funding, and works with partner agencies to ensure services are provided appropriately.

The Children’s Services program supports children in protective care by coordinating resources with CPS, administering Children’s Services Board programs, managing financial and reporting activities, and supporting outreach efforts.
