Goals & Objectives

•  Earn the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Distinguished Budget Award.

•  Coordinate, compile, and review all departmental and agency operating and capital budget requests.

  Monitor departmental budgets throughout the fiscal year to ensure compliance and fiscal discipline.

•  Develop and implement innovative budgeting procedures and policies that ensure compliance with applicable regulations, directives, and deadlines while improving efficiency.
